A lovely main book hanoverian mare, Penny consistently produces leggy, talented foals with amatuer, reliable minds.

Weltbekannt was licensed at Verden in 1994 and had his 100 days test at Muenster Handorf in 1995. He had begun showing Intermediare II in 2004 with a median score of 67.075%, which put him second for National Horse of the Year and 1st for Hanoverians. By the end of 2004 he was sucessfully competing at Grand Prix. His Sire is Weltmeyer, who was said "to have perfect conformation and movements that seemed to mock any reference to gravity and whose absolute grace and beauty held everyone spellbound." - (Stallion's website) Weltbekannt was listed in the Top List of Stallions siring dressage qualities with an index of 162 and in the Top List of Stallions siring riding horse qualities with an index of 146 in the Jahrbuch Hengste in 2005.

  • His sire is none other than Donnerhall, generally considered the "Sire of the Century" for producing winning dressage horses.
  • He inherited Donnerhall's good work ethic, excellent ridability and extravagant gaits. 
  • Donnerwelt's damsire was World Cup I, the sire of the legendary dressage stallion, Weltmeyer!
  • His dam's dam sire was Bolero, one of the first stallions ever to receive a score of a perfect "10" for his canter!
